Tobias sets up Lala to give him an excuse to bring DEGs into Freeland. Jeff confronts Tobias, and then Lynn. Meanwhile, Peter has TC put a design flaw in the DEGs, Anissa and Grace have their first fight, and then Blackbird, Lightning, and Wylde try to stop an attack on Mayor Black.
